100 SOULS MATCHA SOUR 🍸
30 ml of 100 Souls Hinterland Gin
60 ml of coconut water
30 ml of lime juice
30 ml of simple syrup
1 fresh egg white
Matcha powder to dust
Shake all of the ingredients without ice until the mixture foams, Add ice and shake again until chilled, then strain into a chilled glass. Using a fine-mesh strainer, lightly dust the drink’s surface with matcha.
100 Souls Original Dark Rum 🥃
Our original dark rum is created through the warm fermentation of Australian sugar cane, molasses and demerara sugar with native yeast from the Caribbean. The resultant sugar wine is then triple pot distilled and aged in French oak hogshead for a period of three years.

30 mls of 100 Souls Vodka
Grapefruit juice poured over ice

THE 100 SOULS 1975:
2 ounces of 100 Souls Hinterland Gin
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Dry champagne or sparkling wine
Garnish with lemon spiral and a cocktail cherry
1.Fill cocktail shaker 3/4 full with ice.
2.Add gin, lemon juice and sugar, shaking until chilled
- 15-20 seconds.
3.Strain into a coupe glass or champagne flute.
4.Top with champagne.
5.Garnish with a lemon spiral and cocktail cherry.

Our Artisan Pink is triple distilled using refined sugar cane spirit. Traditional and Australian botanicals are infused with Damascus rose petals and hibiscus,
resulting in the pink blush colour of our beautiful gin.

Our Hinterland Gin combines Australian native flora with aromatic Asian ingredients to create a gin with focused Himalayan juniper, smooth sweet mandarin and a Szechuan pepper nuance. Lemon myrtle and lemon thymeharmonise the Szechuan spice, along with the sweetness of mandarin.

30 ml of coffee liqueur
10 ml of sugar syrup
60 ml of 100 Souls vodka
Our Original Artisan Vodka is created from the warm fermentation of premium sugar cane juice with Carribean yeast. The sugar cane is then
triple distilled with reflux condenser and coconut charcoal filter to produce a highly refined, clean and smooth Artisan vodka.
