Rums & Spiced Rums

Our Rums and spiced Rums are made from sugar cane, brown sugar, demerara sugar and molasses sourced from northern New South Wales and Queensland, fermented warm with native Caribbean yeast and triple distilled in our hybrid pot stills, aged for three years in French Oak hogsheads at barrel strength.

Our Spiced Rums are spiced directly in barrel with Madagascar vanilla bean, cinnamon, clove & orange peel. Following oak maturation our rums are blended with Hinterland spring water.
